Leasing your equipment shifts
the responsibility and risk of ownership from you to Delphi
Solutions. This means that Delphi Solutions backs their products
and maintenance through a Lease Agreement with you while assuming
full responsibility for the efficient operation of the equipment
during the period of the Agreement. Under a traditional equipment
lease, the equipment is typically financed by a third party
with the expectation of full payment – regardless of
whether the service is good or bad; whether the seller remains
in business; and whether the equipment manufacturer provides
adequate support. As a result, all the risk of ownership,
service and support are shifted to you. Under a Lease Agreement
with Delphi Solutions we agree to link financing and maintenance
in a single agreement. In this way we make a significant commitment
– unmatched by other competitors – regarding the
quality of our products, the skill of our technicians and
support staff in providing ongoing service, our financial
strength and the fundamental importance of our ongoing customer
relationships. We believe that linking the leasing concept
with service makes the Lease Agreement a true partnership
– and a guarantee of protection for your critical telecommunications
lifeline.
Flexible payment options; lease
or purchase. For example, to accommodate your resident occupancy
plan, we can arrange a stepped lease until you achieve full
occupancy i.e. four steps over a 12-month periods.
Leasing frees up working capital:
Both maintenance and financing are administered and paid monthly
for the initial transaction and any supplemental agreements.
This frees working capital for use in the customer’s
business and improves cash flow
Leasing allows customers to
keep up with technology: With simple supplemental agreements
and advantageous cash flow, upgrades are easy to incorporate
in the system and customers can keep abreast of evolving technology.
This means a system that is able to evolve and continue to
meet future customer telecommunications needs.
Additional revenue generation
potential through PBX (Billing Dial Tone) integration, fall
detectors, pendants and medical reminders will result in a
full payback as well as improved staff productivity. In addition
flexible resident billing options (We do it all or partially;
you do it directly, etc.) are available. As well, residents
can easily be moved from room to room without any extra cost
to move their phone lines. You could charge a $35 or $50 administration
fee, but your costs for this service is zero.

support on a continuous basis. Our goal is to build long-term
relationships with our customers by providing quality products,
solutions and services. We also provide full equipment maintenance
and support programs for our customers 24 hours a day, every
day of the year. Service protection plans to meet individual
customer needs are available to ensure uninterrupted service.
Remote Maintenance (RMAT) as
well as Remote Moves, Adds, and Changes (RMAC) allow certified
technicians to diagnose and potentially clear customer troubles
before dispatching a truck, saving time and money. Up to 40%
of service calls can be cleared without a site visit –
minimizing critical down time and providing faster service.

Services are two services that are there when you need them
most. Emergency Connect is a disaster recovery solution -
because "going off the air" is not an acceptable
business solution. And Reservationless Conferencing - conference
when ever, where ever and with whomever.
Delphi@yourservice is Delphi’s
secure, password-protected site on which customers can view
critical information about their accounts. Billing can be
verified online - And customers that want to check past invoices,
equipment lists or service contracts can do so. This innovative
web site is one of the many ways Delphi delivers outstanding
service to customers, who can now access their accounts via
the web and view information that is updated every five minutes.
In addition to viewing information about their accounts, customers
can also place a service call for moves, adds or changes to
their equipment systems online, which goes immediately into
queue for dispatch. Once placed, the customer can track the
status of that call on the web. For customers with a preference
for personal assistance our Customer Service Representatives
are available as before.
