CMS 4000 is a self contained monitoring
station that provides call handling for Tunstall personal
emergency response units. Alarm calls may be received,
one at a time and either presented to the CMS operator,
transferred to a wireless telephone or logged and cleared
down automatically depending on rules configured within
CMS 4000. In each case the call recipient will be informed
of the calling resident’s details and call type,
and have two way speech communication.
The CMS operator
may also call into a Telecom 4000 or Telecom 400
and enquire or program configurable parameters in the
unit.
