Tunstall povides Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) via its business partners in North America. At the heart of the solution is the Caresse home unit that is placed in the user's home and allows them to call for help 24 hours a day.

In addition to the Caresse PERS unit, a personal pendant is supplied that is worn by the user to allow them to generate a call for help even if they cannot reach their Caresse unit.

The Tunstall Caresse unit can also be wirelessly connected to a wide range fo telecare sensors that provide added protection to the user by generating automatic calls for help when they detect potentially dangerous situations. These sensors include fall detectors, smoke alarm*, flood detectors, motions detectors and many more.
